Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning Mentor Coach to provide one-to-one support to pupils who require additional help with Maths and English.

This role involves working as an outreach tutor, providing support to pupils in their homes or at public venues. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to tailor your approach to meet the needs of each individual pupil.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering sessions in Maths and English to pupils who require additional support. You will also need to maintain accurate records of pupil progress and report back to our team on a regular basis.

Requirements:

We are looking for tutors with at least 3 years of experience in teaching and supporting pupils, particularly those with KS4 children. Experience working with SEND pupils or challenging behaviour would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this role is £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
