Job Summary: Education Mentor and Support Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Mentor and Support Worker. In this role, you will work with children and young people with special needs, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Maths, English, and Science/primary curriculum in a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.
- Work with students with MLD, ASD, and ADHD needs.
- Support students in 1:1 and small group settings.
Requirements:
- QTS qualification.
- Experience working with students with MLD, ASD, and ADHD.
- Calm, patient, and caring personality.
Salary: £25-£40 per hour (PAYE basis).
About the Role: As an Education Mentor and Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students with special needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
