Our Restaurant Team Leaders are key to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our restaurants. They ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, enjoy their dining experience, and feel valued.

Responsibilities

  1. Support and coach other members of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Act as a mentor, providing guidance and support to help staff develop their skills and confidence.
  3. Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Drive sales by promoting our menu and services to customers.
  5. Ensure compliance with our restaurant operational procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
  6. Work with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  7. Assist with customer queries and provide product knowledge to ensure customers have a positive experience.

Requirements

  1. Possess a passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Have experience in a customer-facing role and a supervisory role.
  3. Be able to work well in a team, build relationships, and have fun while celebrating success.
  4. Be eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
  5. Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment and demonstrate our company values at all times.
