Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Department Head to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fitness operations, ensuring the highest level of service and experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fitness team to deliver exceptional member experiences
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to drive member engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Recruit, train, and develop fitness team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
