Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to join our Construction Delivery team in Suffolk. As a key member of the local business, you will lead a c£80m New Build Mixed-Use project from early procurement stages.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-respected employer, boasting a healthy secured order book for 2025 onwards, including projects valued at c£50m+. You will be responsible for managing all project management functions, from planning and design through to practical construction delivery.

About the Role

As a successful candidate, you will have previous experience in managing projects over £50m as No1 PM, along with a strong working knowledge of pre-construction project management, contract management, H&S, and exceptional client-facing skills.

You will also have a stable career history working for Top 100 Main Contractors on projects from concept to completion and experience of managing teams of 20+ staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Degree in Construction Management or comparable qualification.
  • NVQ/HNC or equivalent.
  • Valid CSCS Card and NVQ Level 6, BSc or MCIOB (ideally).
