Construction Pipeline Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Pipeline Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of a £80m new build mixed-use project in Suffolk. As a senior leader, you will have a strong understanding of pre-construction management, contract management, H&S, and client-facing skills.
This role involves managing project management functions from planning, design, and financial management through to practical construction delivery. You will be responsible for managing teams of 20+ staff and delivering projects within various sectors.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Construction Management or a comparable qualification, with MCIOB status and a valid CSCS Card. Previous experience in managing projects £50m+ as No1 PM is essential, with a stable career history working for Top 100 Main Contractors on projects from concept to completion.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
