High-Touch Project Director for Major Construction Initiatives

We are recruiting for a High-Touch Project Director to lead our team in delivering a £80m new build mixed-use project in Suffolk. As a senior leader, you will have exceptional client-facing and people management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.

This role involves managing project management functions, including planning, design, and financial management, through to practical construction delivery. You will be responsible for leading teams of 20+ staff and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a comparable qualification, with MCIOB status and a valid CSCS Card. Previous experience in managing projects £50m+ as No1 PM is essential, with a stable career history working for Top 100 Main Contractors on projects from concept to completion.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
