Construction Project Manager

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor (Building Control) to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing project finances, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project finances, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with exposure to a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT/NEC).
- Proficient in using relevant QS software.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
