About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across our key markets and enhancing awareness of our pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Asset Development: Identify opportunities to create and develop new assets (resources, leaflets, etc.) to empower sales teams with tools that drive engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Channel Management: Take ownership of our digital platforms, maintaining content across websites and social media, and identify ways to enhance these channels through new content, SEO strategies, and initiatives to boost traffic and engagement.
  • Tailoring and Compliance: Manage relationships with external agencies and translators to ensure content is tailored for different markets, and work with internal quality teams to ensure all materials are compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Country Managers to deliver impactful marketing activities that drive growth in key markets, and gather insights and feedback from sales teams to ensure campaign materials align with market needs and resonate with the target audience.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Track and analyze global and local campaign performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, conduct A/B testing and experiments to continually optimize marketing strategies, and create reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, OTC, or FMCG industries, within sales, marketing, or product management roles
  • Experience managing websites with third-party support, such as Webflow or similar platforms
  • Proven track record in planning and overseeing the creation of compelling campaign content for both traditional and digital channels
  • A genuine passion for expanding a men's health platform
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ABPI or experience working within a highly regulated environment
  • Experience with prescription products (esp. Men's or Women's Health)
  • Foreign language skills
