We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-calibre marketing campaigns for our conferences and awards.

With a strong background in B2B events marketing, you will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding audience acquisition targets. You will be confident in using Excel, CRM, and marketing automation platforms, and have a good eye for design and ability to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for multiple conferences and awards
  • Utilising a mix of channels to maximise event visibility and registration
  • Using intuitive lead-generation techniques for data capture of new prospects
  • Devise and implement strategies to increase the return rate of event attendees
  • Building and managing databases, keeping data up to date and relevant for every campaign
  • Managing event websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for conversion
  • Creating and managing partnerships with media/association partners, as well as speakers and sponsors, to further expose the brand and maximise revenue
  • Developing and delivering content marketing strategies that enhance the events' social media
  • Coordinating with Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables including sponsor material post-event reports
  • Working with the Product Marketers to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy
