Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Arm IP Explorer team in Cambridge, UK.

The Partner Enablement Group (PEG) is responsible for supporting Arm's partners across all markets, growing the likelihood of them getting to market quickly and efficiently with high-quality Arm-based products.

This role involves understanding our partners' business and technical requirements and helping to grow the IP Explorer capabilities and move it into new application domains.

Arm IP Explorer is a cloud-based, IP evaluation and selection solution for SoC architects, as well as for hardware engineers and system integrators designing Arm-based systems.

Users can configure and simulate Arm IP and design high-quality SoC concepts and products, while reducing costs and time-to-market.

This is a diverse team connected to many different parts of Arm and IP Explorer plays a meaningful role in making Arm IP easy to use and evaluate.

The selected candidate will have the chance to work alongside a wide range of experts and teams from across Arm and also Arm's clients.

Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact in Arm for the customer-facing IP Explorer technical roadmap, working with the Product Owner and development teams to act as the voice of the customer for the program.

Working alongside the Product Owner, Program and Engineering teams to document and articulate clear and validated customer requirements for delivery.

Defining a clear customer-facing roadmap for IP Explorer, and keeping this up to date.

Working with Product Managers across Arm to ensure roadmap alignment, and supporting the needs of Arm's lines of business (LoBs) and partner programs (Arm Flexible and Total Access).

Building and fostering relationships with EDA Partners and other third-party vendors delivering capabilities into IP Explorer.

Assisting with improving the quality and quantity of data held within the IP Explorer platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and of IP Explorer users.

Building strong product positioning to communicate this clearly externally to partners and Arm internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and the Lines of Businesses (LoBs).

Promotion to partners will include outbound marketing such as content generation, newsletters, consumption marketing campaigns, webinars etc.

Evolving IP Explorer as a central part of Arm's self-service online journey for both IP selection and system definition and design.

Required Skills and Experience:

Good knowledge of Arm's IP, including market fit, and typical partner use-cases.

A solid technical background based in System-on-Chip (SoC) design with a broad understanding of different SoC markets.

Familiarity with IP Simulation (RTL, Fast Model, Cycle Model).

Experience in, or strong interest to pivot to Product Management.

Proven ability to think and act strategically as well as take on a hands-on, detailed-focused approach where required.

Nice To Have:

Knowledge of IP Configuration, and Integration tooling available today to Arm partners.

Product Management experience, preferably for technical services.

Experience in owning product strategies and defining product roadmaps.

Strong commercial awareness.

Experience of working with third-party vendors to deliver IP simulation, emulation and/or stitching tooling.

Experience in documenting customer requirements, using Confluence & Jira.

Ability to schedule and prioritize own workload and plan tasks.

Outstanding interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Able to work well within and across teams to get things done.
