About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Major Civils Scheme in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure delivery and a proven track record of managing high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site
  • Deliver the project safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction
  • Supervise workers, subcontractors, and work activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
Requirements
  • Site Managers CSCS (Platinum or Black) card
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • ONC/HNC/Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
  • Previous experience in Civil Engineering Projects
  • Full UK driving licence
