Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a multi-million-pound project in the civil engineering sector.

The role involves overseeing a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, delivering safely to time, and to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a Major Civils Scheme, including upgrades of Major Highways, Utilities, and a Water Treatment plant on behalf of a local authority.

This is a great opportunity to put your stamp on the scheme, as you'll be involved at the very beginning of the project, offering long-term contract potential.

As the appointed Senior PM, you will have a track record in delivering Highways upgrade major schemes. It's essential that you have a valid SMSTS and CSCS card.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site
  2. Deliver projects safely to time and to customer satisfaction
  3. Oversee a Major Civils Scheme, including upgrades of Major Highways, Utilities, and a Water Treatment plant
  4. Manage subcontractors and work activities
  5. Deliver effective Tool Box Talks to a diverse team
  6. Hold a Full UK driving licence

Requirements:

  1. Site Managers CSCS (Platinum or Black) card
  2. Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  3. ONC/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  4. Previous experience within Civil Engineering Projects
  5. Supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities
  6. Awareness of Tool Box Talks and the ability to deliver effectively to a diverse team
  7. Full UK driving licence
