Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Flagship Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Truro. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in construction project management. The successful candidate will have experience working on large-scale construction projects, excellent communication and client-facing skills, and a relevant degree in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
