Highways Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major highways upgrade project in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
The role will involve overseeing a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, as well as delivering the project safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a valid SMSTS and CSCS card, as well as a degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
The project will involve upgrades to major highways, utilities, and a water treatment plant, and will require the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of infrastructure delivery and a ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site
- Deliver the project safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of site managers and workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
