Highways Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a major highways upgrade project in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
The role involves overseeing a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, as well as delivering the project safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a valid SMSTS and CSCS card, as well as a track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of site managers and engineers to deliver the project safely and efficiently
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
