APAC Data Reconciliation Lead Role

Equinix is seeking an experienced leader to manage the APAC Data Reconciliation Team. This position offers a unique blend of team leadership and hands-on data reconciliation work.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with established standards and processes. They will also plan team growth, manage resources effectively, and oversee project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership and data reconciliation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications and internet technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Siebel, CapLogix, SingleView, DART).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
