Data Reconciliation Coordinator Job

Are you detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure? We are looking for a Data Reconciliation Coordinator to join our 7IM Operations Department. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems.

About the Role

This position requires a strong analytical mind and the ability to maintain accurate records. You will work closely with others within the team, sharing the workload and responsibility, and requiring a strong 'team' attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client, portfolio, and account data in 7IM and Pershing systems.
  • Performing AML checks for new and existing clients – including KYC and bank account checks.
  • Closure of accounts.

 

The estimated annual salary for this Data Reconciliation Coordinator role is £28,000 - £33,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
