Senior Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reconciliation Specialist to join our Product Control team at Checkout.com. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our trading activity reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate reporting of our balance sheet position.

The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and experience in complex balance sheet reconciliations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying control gaps and reconciliation breaks, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Product, Treasury, and Finance teams to drive process improvements and automation initiatives that impact your balance sheet accounts. Your expertise in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reconciliation procedures will be invaluable in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional finance qualification, such as the ACA or equivalent, and have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a high-volume, complex, and dynamic environment in a regulatory setting. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, data analytics, and project management skills are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a hybrid working model, amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options, and opportunities for career growth and development.
