About the Role

The Financial Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliations of assigned company bank accounts, reconciling inter-account fund movements, and investigating and documenting unmatched items. They will also identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation Activities: Perform daily reconciliations of assigned company bank accounts, reconcile inter-account fund movements, and investigate and document unmatched items.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of reconciliation activities.
  • Automated Reconciliations: Maintain and refine rule sets for automated reconciliations within the reconciliation tool.
