We're seeking a highly skilled EMEA and APAC Payroll Manager to join our team at Lawson Chase. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the payroll operations for 11 countries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing UK and EMEA payroll and some experience managing APAC payroll.

A key responsibility of this role will be:

  • Leading the payroll team to deliver accurate and complete payrolls within agreed SLAs
  • Facilitating monthly payroll changes, including new hires, leavers, statutory leaves, unpaid leave, compensation adjustments, bonuses, benefit elections, and deductions
  • Implementing processes to ensure payroll integrity through audit reports, data analysis, and collaboration with other team members

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£75,000, depending on experience. Workday or similar enterprise software experience is a must, as well as excellent communication, customer service, and project management skills. Deadline-focused and analytical problem-solving ability are essential in this fast-paced environment.
