Senior Conveyancing Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed law firm in Belfast as a Senior Conveyancing Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience working as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing, looking to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting fee earners, conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with clients, and providing general administrative support to the legal team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analyse case precedents, statutes, regulations, and other legal sources.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including correspondence, contracts, and court filings.
- Organise and manage case files, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, responding to queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law preferred.
- Prior experience working as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing is essential.
- Sound knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using online databases and resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
