Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing to join our client's growing team. As a conveyancing solicitor, you will play a key role in the firm's property department, managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. You will draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements, as well as liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.
* Conduct due diligence and property searches.
* Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process.
* Keep abreast of changes in property law and regulations.

Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing.
* Proficient knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Salary:
A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
