Job Description

A leading law firm in East Belfast is seeking a highly experienced legal secretary with a proven track record in private client conveyancing and probate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out various secretarial and administrative duties, including travel and diary management, audio typing, and transcription of dictations.

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client correspondence and documentation.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and upholding the firm's professional standards.
  • Utilizing Big Hand software for efficient audio transcription.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing and possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
