Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving organisation as a Training Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing training materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing training materials for upcoming courses
  • Raising invoices and debt management
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Data-entry and maintain database system
  • Liaising with administrative team and staff when required
  • Providing support and assistance where required to Administration Director
  • Maintaining the office in clean and tidy way
  • Preparing classrooms and canteen for students

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:
