Offshore Maintenance Division

Position Overview:

Oversee the maintenance and servicing of subsea BOP and riser systems, as well as Multiplex electro-hydraulic control systems and related surface equipment.

Reporting Structure:

Accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor/Senior Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Subsea Supervisor.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Guide the Assistant Subsea Supervisor in their duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent craft certification.
  • At least one year of experience with Multiplex systems.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
  • Preferred graduate of a Trade School or University.
  • Current medical examination and vaccination records.
  • Understanding of technical calculations pertinent to subsea operations.

General Expectations:

  • Foster a Safe and Respectful Work Environment.
  • Exhibit concern for the safety and welfare of team members.
  • Engage in mandatory Safety and Operational meetings.
  • Complete necessary company training for the position.
  • Participate in emergency drills and respond appropriately to situations.

Operational Discipline:

  • Adhere to Task Planning & Risk Assessment protocols.
  • Fulfill assigned roles and responsibilities diligently.
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identify at-risk behaviors or conditions proactively.
  • Contribute to After Action Reviews.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Standards:

  • Show commitment and leadership in protecting personnel and assets.
  • Guide team members in Company OI & HSE standards.
  • Ensure compliance with work execution requirements.
  • Report any incidents, hazards, or unusual situations.
  • Adhere to the Control of Work process.
  • Participate in emergency drills and training exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance of BOP, diverter, and subsea equipment in accordance with established guidelines.

  • Conduct operations and pressure tests of BOP on both surface and seabed.
  • Lead the crew in the deployment and retrieval of equipment.
  • Operate, maintain, and repair the subsea BOP control system.
  • Keep detailed records of equipment testing and inspections.
  • Supervise maintenance teams and provide effective leadership.
  • Train crew members to ensure their competency.
