Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Lead to join their team in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the service, ensuring that it meets national and local performance and quality indicators.

The Service Lead will work closely with the Quality Assurance Service Lead to close the loop between quality assurance and practice improvement, ensuring that services are rigorously evaluated and continuously improve. They will also be responsible for monitoring safeguarding responsibilities, performance, and training of staff, as well as promoting quality, diversity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systemic service development and delivery, with experience in embedding systemic ideas and practices into all aspects of Children's Social Care. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
