About the Role:


We are seeking two full-time Children and Young People Practitioners to join our team at Yvonne House, our all-female Children's Home in London. As a Residential Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, education, and well-being of our young residents.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social needs of our young people.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, and a willingness to participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
