Job Title: HR Business Partner (12 month FTC)

Job Summary:
We are partnering with a London-based Lloyds Market Insurer to source an interim HR Business Partner for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK business, working closely with business leaders on all elements of the HR lifecycle, from engagement and org design to performance management and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively tackle people challenges and provide professional HR advice, support, and guidance to management and employees.
Play a key role in the success of delivering the global HR strategy.
Continually monitor and maintain company policies and procedures, while remaining current on relevant legal issues relating to employment.
A proficient level of Insurance regulatory and compliance know-how as it relates to HR within a regulated environment.

Requirements:
Strong experience as an HR Business Partner with deep talent, well-being, and DE&I experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
The demonstration of strong judgement and EMEA Employee Relations experience is essential, along with strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Ability to work effectively within a global matrix management structure.
