About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Heather Vale in Chesterfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and providing sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of our residents' lives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and other daily activities.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
