Emotional Wellbeing Support Worker Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized plans to promote students' emotional wellbeing.
  • Engage with students in group settings to build relationships and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Attend meetings with parents and carers to discuss student progress and collaborate on support strategies.

Requirements:

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
