We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teacher to join I C Talent Ltd as part of our team supporting students aged 12-18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the unique needs of our students within a SEND Provision.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans to address the diverse needs of students.
  2. Foster strong relationships with colleagues to provide consistent support for students requiring SEMH assistance.
  3. Record and track student progress accurately.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Significant experience working with students who have complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Details:

£28,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
