School-Based SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity:
We are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school located in Wisbech and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with various needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting classroom teachers and working with children who have Specific Learning Disability, Physical Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Condition, and medical needs.
Providing individualized support to students and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with at least six months experience in UK Schools
A child-centred approach
Conscientiousness
Experience with SEN
A consistent approach to challenging behaviour
Compensation Package:
Competitive salary: £32,000 per annum
