We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN LSA to join our team at 4myschools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a strong commitment to their learning and development.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

The role involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individual learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. The SEN LSA will also provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
