SEN Teaching Assistant Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at I C Talent Ltd. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to creating inclusive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEND in a variety of educational settings.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
- Liaising with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective student support.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- At least six months' experience working in UK schools.
- Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to support students with SEND.
Salary and Benefits:
