Job Title: IT Manager 1st Line Support

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in South West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our 1st line IT support team and providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the 1st line IT support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services and support.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a 1st line support role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
