Food and Beverage Assistant Role

At Mytime Active, we are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized cash handling system.
  • Assist with stock management, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance duties, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients.
  • Supervise the front of house area during events and functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and early starts.
