Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Clayton Hotel Birmingham.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities, promoting our food and beverage offerings to guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous hotel experience, preferably in a 3/4 star hotel property.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
