**Job Summary**

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. You will work closely with your team to deliver outstanding results and exceed guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Guest Interaction**: Greet guests, take orders, and provide exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • **Food and Beverage Preparation**: Ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Offer guests additional items and services to enhance their experience.
  • **Cash Handling**: Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
  • **Maintaining a Clean Environment**: Ensure that the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor, is clean and tidy at all times.
  • **Setup and Clearing**: Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as assist with room service orders.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Health and Safety**: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
  • **Training and Development**: Attend training sessions and team meetings as required, developing your skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
