Food and Beverage Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take and deliver food and drinks orders with precision and efficiency
  • Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
