Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with stock management, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
