Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Practitioner to join our team at Turning Point Scotland's Dumfries location. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with adults who require support with daily life tasks, emotional well-being, and social interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement individualised support plans to help adults achieve their goals.
  2. Provide practical support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  3. Engage adults in community activities, promoting social interaction and skill development.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes £23,450 - £24,514 per year, plus additional pay for sleepover shifts. You will receive £12.19 per hour, with an extra £96 for each sleepover shift worked.
