Debt Recovery Team Lead

Our client, a leading provider in the industrial and manufacturing space, is seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Lead to join their Accounts Receivable team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with the team to complete collections and credit checks, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Oversee the credit process to guarantee alignment with company standards
- Manage debtor statements, including reconciliation and allocation
- Work closely with other departments to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive growth and development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve any AR-related issues promptly
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in an AR or credit role (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of AR principles and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
