About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our successful Recoveries Team as a Litigation Handler. Reporting to the Recoveries Lead, you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of cases suitable for recovery by litigation through to settlement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle a triage of incoming cases for litigation, instructing lawyers on value-added cases only.
- Conduct liability prospect risk assessments to minimize indemnity spend.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of litigated cases to maximize recovery potential.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary between £30,316 and £35,391, plus a potential bonus of up to £1,500 per annum, paid quarterly. You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced annual leave entitlement, additional buy and sell holidays, and more.
