Job Description

As a Recovery Navigator, you will be supporting service users committed to a recovery pathway within the Recovery Directorate at The Forward Trust.

This role sits within the Recovery Support Team, utilising all available resources to support service users in transitioning, thriving, and setting goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with service users to identify and address complex needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support to progress on their recovery journey.

This position requires a dedicated and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with service users and provide guidance and support throughout their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users in achieving their recovery goals

  • Work collaboratively with the Recovery Support Team to provide comprehensive support
