Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control professional to join our team at Agility Resourcing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in chasing outstanding debts, reconciling accounts, generating statements, and dealing with customer queries.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress in several different routes within our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chasing outstanding debts via phone, letter, and email
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Generating statements for customers
  • Resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Credit Control or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
