Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for an Assessment and Intervention Expert to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. This role involves conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and young people and developing effective intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and young people
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Engage with families and other stakeholders to promote positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Post-qualifying experience in child protection, children in need, safeguarding, looked after children, or referral and assessment
  • Degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) required
  • Social Work England Registered
