Engaging Early: Meet with patients in their homes or community settings, establishing trust and building strong therapeutic relationships from the start. You’ll be their first point of contact in navigating their mental health challenges.

Personalized Care and Education: Help patients understand their conditions and treatment plans, providing education on early signs and coping strategies to empower them in managing their health.
