We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our social work services, ensuring that all work meets service standards and organizational expectations. The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work, current registration with the relevant regulatory body, and extensive experience in managing social work services.

This is a rewarding and challenging role that offers a competitive salary range of £48,401.60 - £53,996.80 per annum. Our benefits package includes career progression opportunities, comprehensive induction and training, company pension scheme, and travel expenses.

In this role, you will manage and oversee social work services, provide expert guidance on child and family assessments, safeguarding, and risk management, and mentor social workers to achieve high standards in their assessments, written work, and interventions.
