About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Children's Assessment and Intervention Team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing family situations, making decisions, and performing statutory functions to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and their families.

The successful candidate will possess a Social Work qualification, at least 3 years of post-qualified experience in Frontline and assessment work, and exceptional knowledge of working within a Frontline Team such as Child Protection or Referral and Assessment.

In addition, the ideal candidate will hold a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW), have 3 years of post-qualifying experience, and be registered with Social Work England.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a 'Good' Ofsted rated Borough, offering a £37 per hour umbrella rate, holiday pay, and a pension scheme.
